We had gone on a date with my husband, and we were so into our conversation that we noticed we kept walking around. It was cold so we were passing by Gregory's coffee and decided to pop on in. The coffee shop was clean and organized. The pastries were displayed as you walk in. We were taken care of right away. My chocolate croissant was good but the coffee loaf cake my husband got was a little hard. They hadn't offered to warm it otherwise I would have asked them too. But the coffee was very good and loved the design he had done. The bathroom was clean but the hand soap dispensar wasn't working but I always carry a small hand sanitizer. Overall we enjoyed our coffee talk at Gregory's definitely will be stopping in again. Enjoy!!
I got the Vegan burrito, a cortado, and the purple rain smoothie. All were super good! Fast WiFi and good spot to work for the day. Friendly staff too! A bit busy but decent ambiance!
Yum!! I was in desperate need for some caffeine and was intrigued by their cold brews. I got the smashing pumpkin cold brew with cold foam and omg so delicious and creamy! I am a pumpkin girlie but am usually not a fan of pumpkin drinks because they tend to be super sweet or taste way too artificial. Not this one! The cold brew was smooth and a touch of sweetness, not overwhelmingly so! Cold foam was also a nice touch to make the drink extra creamy.
Ordered: Nu Brew (~$6): cold brew & Nutella with milk (half & half) Aya's take: Honestly, I feel like the only New Yorker who hasn't tried Gregory's yet - until now! They have quite a solid drink selection but somehow I gravitated towards the Nu Brew. It was exactly what I expected - creamy, sweet, and caffeinated. The menu says it has milk in it; when I asked to change the milk, they said this drink comes pre-made already, and it's made with half & half. Keep this in mind if you have restrictions/preferences with the dairy options. It was a solid drink but I would probably try other menu items next time.
Are you effin kidding me? (Censoring because idk if Yelp will take down my post if I curse lmao) This location should have a higher rating! I've had it several times in the east coast, but I'm eating this one specifically because of the love affair drink! That shit was so BOMB! Deliciously tasty if you will. It literally tasted like chocolate strawberries. I want it again honestly!
